When used with an electronic marker system, EMS compatible locators allow you to quickly and easily identify the location of buried pipe and cable in future locates. The 3M EMS markers we supply can be used to mark various system depths, ranging from 2 to 8 ft. below ground, and the RFID versions can store customizable, system-specific data.
Our flexible tracer wire is manufactured from solid copper clad steel. It is ideal for identifying buried facilities because it is a PE insulated conductor. It can function at temperatures between -20°C and 80°C, with an operating voltage between 30 V and 600 V, depending on the product involved. Tensile strengths and breakloads also vary based on product. We also offer a wide variety of King Innovation tracer wire connectors for making strong and reliable connections.
